For all questions on these Summer 2020 policies, please email camp@triplerranch.org. If you would like to use any of the financial options listed above, please include the name of your camper. Further, in the case of a week change or 2021 deferral, also include which week you would like to change to.

July 16, 2020 - In order to effectively plan staffing and activities for the remainder of summer, we are amending our refund policy back to its initial policy as stated by our financial policy. This change will be made effective on July 20 at 5:00pm EST. The original policy states that $50 of the initial deposit is non-refundable and $100 is non-refundable within 30 days of the start of the session. This means that all requests for a refund or deferral must be submitted to us in writing by 5pm on Monday, July 20. Thank you for your understanding!

5. Refund

Any camper can defer their investment towards Summer Camp 2021. We are excited with what the future will hold at Triple R Ranch and are eagerly looking forward to things getting back to an ever-improving version of normal.

4. Defer to next summer

A Triple R Ranch gift certificate can be provided to the total amount already invested into Summer Camp 2020. This certificate can be used on anything at camp. From birthday parties to horseback lessons, your credit can be used for any number of things and is valid through Summer Camp 2021.

3. Credit (Gift Certificate)

Want to send your kids to camp this summer, but you'd like to wait a little longer? We have removed our normal week change fee and are allowing campers to change their registered week as space allows without penalty. 

2. Change weeks

Triple R Ranch has been a staple in this community since 1960. Please consider partnering with us into this next season either through a one time "Triple R Strong" donation or by becoming a monthly "Camp Sustainer."

1. Donation

We have been working hard to develop an amazing program for this summer, and we are moving forward with camp. Our top priority is the health of our campers. If you are uncomfortable sending your child to camp this summer, below you will find five different options families can consider if the need should arise.

All staff and campers will be required to fill out a pre-screening COVID-19 form to help ensure that all people on camp are showing no symptoms. This will become available in your Parent Portal two weeks prior to your camper's arrival date. An email will be sent to you once is available. If any changes occur before your child arrives at camp, please email or call the office to get the form reopened.

Pre-Screening

We are updating our sanitization policies to allow for more thorough and frequent cleaning. Also, we are implementing social distancing of campers and staff to minimize the risk of exposure.

Sanitization & Distancing

Campers are required to have a clean face mask with them for each day they are on camp (bandanas and other cloth face masks are acceptable). Bandanas can be purchased in the camp store for $5 each. Day Care centers are exempt from face mask requirements, so campers will not wear them for most of the day except on activities that cannot be sanitized thoroughly, such as the climbing wall, where they will simply wash or sanitize their hands afterwards.
