FAQ's

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to work at camp during COVID-19?

Yes. If we were not confident that we are able to keep camp safe for both our campers and staff, we would not be opening our doors! Triple R Ranch was able through heightened sanitation practices to remain incident-free during Summer Camp 2020 and we are working hard to continue this moving forward.

What if I've never worked at a camp before?

That's totally fine! Simply bring a positive attitude and a spirit ready for service, and we can train you on everything else.

Can I take weeks off?

We understand that although you'd love to work at a camp, you also have a family who would love to see you, too! As long as you let us know at the beginning of the summer, you are more than welcome to take a week off where need be.

Can I get internship credit?

Want to work at Camp but also need to knock out those pesky internship requirements? We've got you covered! Send an email to info@triplerranch.org to look into the possibilities.

What can I do on my day off each week?

Staff are required to be on camp each Sunday by 3pm. Campers leave at 6pm each Friday. Outside of a few restrictions, what you do with the time in between is your own!

Can my friends/family to visit?

We understand that our staff love the ranch and want others to enjoy it, too! During the week though, visitors can become a major distraction from the ministry we are working to accomplish. So, family and friends are only welcome to come out during time off while campers are not here.

What do I need to bring to camp?

Once summer gets a little bit closer, a packing list will be sent your way by email.

How does the hiring process work?

First, fill out our application form. Once we've received your application and reference contact information, we will reach out to set up an interview. Last, assuming everything looks good, we'll offer you a position and see you this summer!
